This quick and easy recipe is perfect for making with the little ones and tastes delicious too. The recipe makes 12 but why not change up your topping choices and make a variety of fun characters this Halloween.
- 6 x Banana’s
- White Chocolate – 350g
- Coconut Flakes or White Chocolate Flakes – 120g
- Milk Chocolate – 50g (for decoration)
Cut your bananas in half, crosswise. Place them in a freezer safe bag and place in your freezer the night before.
Prepare by lining a tray with parchment paper and add your coconut or white chocolate flakes to a plate, spread out evenly.
Melt white chocolate in a mug, only for 30 seconds at a time until it’s fully melted. You don’t want to burn your chocolate, stir between each cycle.
Using a fork or your fingers, dip in your frozen banana half and fully coat with the white chocolate.
Roll them in the flakes and set aside once they’re all done.
Melt your milk chocolate and using a small pipping bag or a skewer, gently dribble on a ghost face. Get creative and make them individual.
Once they’re all done, place them carefully back in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy. Enjoy cold.
