John RossĀ is a company of master curers and smokers since 1857. With a smokehouse which sits on the East Coast of Scotland and a respect for centuries old methods.
They are one of the last smokehouses to hand prepare Scottish salmon by hand. This is additionally using traditional brick kilns. With a selection of smoked and kiln roasted salmon as well as fresh fish and smoked meats.
