The brook is a company who started as an 'open house' and soon became the hub of the local town with music, arts and tasty food.
The founders Andy and Thea Brook switched to a fully plant based diet and wanted the business to do the same. They started introducing and switching out meals which were completely plant based and full of indulgent flavour. Today the businesses have split with the original pub near London still going strong and a separate Plant Based Kitchen which provides delicious, flavourful frozen ready meals.
Spearheaded by Thea who grew up working in kitchens and after becoming dairy intolerant, a determination grew to create meals with the same rich flavours. The packaging used has always been 100% recyclable and they're still trying to find more ways to be more sustainable along the way.
