A classic martini cocktail with a twist of salted caramel sunshine. The perfect way to finish of the evening or kickstart your weekend!
Ideal for those who enjoy a classic espresso martini but have a bit of a sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- Two Birds Espresso 40ml
- Adnams East Coast Vodka 40ml
- Monin Caramel Syrup 30ml
- Shot of Freshly Made Espresso
- Small Pinch of Salt
- Ice
Method
STEP 1
Fill a martini glass with ice and soda water (Optional) and set aside to chill.
STEP 2
Combine a freshly made shot of espresso with 30ml of Monin Caramel Syrup and a small pinch of salt, make sure not to add to much.
STEP 3
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add 40ml Two Birds Espresso, 40ml Adnams East Coast Vodka as well as your coffee and caramel mixture.
STEP 4
Close your shaker, making sure its secure and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds, up to a minute.
STEP 5
Empty out the ice and soda from your glass and shake out any excess water.
STEP 6
Strain your shaker of martini into the glass, making sure to not let any ice slip in. There should be a frothy layer which forms on top and that’s how you know if you’ve shaken it enough.
STEP 7
Garnish with coffee beans for the classic look and serve.
