This delightful drink is quick and easy to make. Ideal for novice cocktail makers as there’s not many steps.
Packed full of delicate peach flavour for a moreish drink which will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients
- Epicure Tinned Peaches in Syrup – 4 Slices & 25ml of the Syrup
- 1 x Lime – 25ml of Juice & Zest for Garnish
- Bacardi White Rum – 50ml
Meathod
STEP 1
Grab a coupe glass and fill with soda water and ice to chill and set aside.
STEP 2
In your cocktail shaker, half fill with ice and add 4 tinned peach slices, 25ml of the syrup the peaches are in, 25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice and also 50ml of Bacardi white rum.
STEP 3
Close and shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds. You want your peach slices to properly infuse and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 4
Empty out your coupe glass and double strain your mixture in, you don’t want any chunk of peach. Garnish with a lime twist if you’d like.
