Moulin de Gassac Pinot Noir 2018 is a bright cherry-red in the glass with sublime sweet cherry aromas and soft, delicate tannins on the palate.
At 12.5% Vol and using Pinot Noir Grapes gives this wine a juicy and fresh taste with a savoury backbone. Paired perfectly with mixed salads, BBQ’d meats as well as grilled asparagus. Can simply be enjoyed on its own also for the bold and well rounded flavour. Sure to be a crowd pleaser at the next family dinner.
