Bohns Fish Hook is a mix of spices, herbs and lemon which creates the most amazing seasoning for fish. This seasoning is full of flavour but doesn’t over power the taste of the fish. You get the classic taste of salt & pepper, with hints of garlic, oregano, cumin, thyme, paprika and cayenne pepper with a final subtle, taste bud tingling, hit of citrus lemon.
For stove top cooking – This method of cooking works best with ‘flaky’ white fish such as cod, haddock or plaice, which our Fish Hook rub is most suited to.
Dry fish fillet with paper towel and sprinkle/rub 1 teaspoon of Fish Hook on the upper side of the fish and leave to rest for up to 20 minutes to ensure flavours penetrate.
