Compass Point Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is blonde coloured wine with tropical aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit.
At 12.5% Vol and combined with the Sauviignon grapes it makes a very dry and acidic wine. Paired perfectly with goats cheese, shellfish and vegetarian based dishes, also wonderful on its own when it’s ice cold. A very refreshing and crisp wine with a good balance and citurs fruit flavours.
