Calabrese is a popular and very hardy Italian broccoli variety. The difference is that calabrese is a classic, with its large head which has a milder flavour and broccoli is smaller with colours in green, purple or white. You can serve this in a range of tasty dishes including in pasta, stir fries and salads. This natural ingredient can be steamed, sautéed, roasted or boiled. Perfectly paired with lemon chicken and cashews for a lighter meal or lots of cheese, cream and pasta for a rich and indulgent treat.
