Capreolus Rampisham Tingler Salami is inspired by the flavours of Italy with a blend of free-range pork and salt, sweet wine, fennel and a hint of chili. As always, the sausage is inside a natural beef casing before it’s fermented and air-dried. The fennel comes through first and is followed by a tingle from the chili at the end.
It makes an excellent snack on its own or it can be enjoyed as part of a charcuterie platter. Enjoy alongside your favourite selection of antipasti, olives, cheeses, savory crackers and some of their other artisan sliced meats. Pair with a bold red wine or a West Country cider. Winner of the Gold with 2 stars for the Great Taste Awards 2019.
