Perelada Brut Reserva Cava Blue Festival is a dry pale yellow wine with fine and persistent bubbles.
With a mixture of 3 different grapes: Macabeo, Parellada & Xarel-lo making it a well rounded taste. It has a very structured flavour with a fruity bouquet making a great pairing for mild cheeses and creamy desserts. At 11.5% Vol this is easily drinkable on a nice mellow afternoon in the garden.
