Chantenay Carrots are extremely versatile and packed full of ‘carroty’ flavour. They are crisp, sweet and perfect for everyday snacking or as an adaptable recipe ingredient. Whether you’re dipping them in hummus, adding them to salad, roasting them or adding them to a healthy juice, Chantenay carrots can be enjoyed at any time.

These have been recently revived in the UK, having not been available in the country since 1960. You can steam, boil, bake, chargrill, stir fry or juice them amongst other things but the possibilities are endless with their light and delicate flavour. Simply wash them in cold water and they are ready to eat of cook.

Also a great choice for children because of their sweet crunchiness and small size.
