Fieldfare Coquilles St Jacques makes an impressive starter for when you have guests over or simply having a family night in. With frozen Scallops, Prawns, Salmon and Plaice in a creamy sauce topped with grated cheese and piped mashed potato.

Delicious and packed full of ocean flavours, enjoy as an appetizer or a light lunch with a fresh, crispy salad.

Cooking Instructions

Conventional oven: remove all packaging.  Place the product on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 for 20-25 minutes.
