This Cottage Delight Smoked Paprika & Saffron Paella is a pre seasoned dry mix which is ideal for weekend or weeknight dinners. Made to an authentic recipe that uses Spanish Bahia rice which is then infused with smoked paprika, rich garlic and saffron for a paella packed with flavour.
Simply add 750ml of water and the mix into a pan and cook on a medium heat. When the water begins to boil, stir the rice and reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Remove from the heat and leave to rest for 5 minutes to allow the remaining liquid to be absorbed. This should take approximately 25 minutes all together.
