The Cuvée des Sommeliers Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a wonderful celebration wine with deep, fetching flavour. With a full bouquet of leather and oak as well as juicy blackberries.
This 2013 bottle is bold and perfectly paired with hearty tuna, eggplant and also stewed dishes. Coming it at 14% Vol with a medium acidity and tannin for a well rounded taste. Easily drinkable with a pleasing palette, this is ideal for dinner parties when you want to impress your guests.
Made from a blend of 66% Grenache, 12% Syrah and 10% Cinsault grapes. The wine is aged in old foudres as well as small oak tanks for 18 months .
