Cyprus Potatoes are generally medium to large in size and as the name gives away, are grown on the island of Cyprus. They are available all year round but peak in fall through to winter and in spring.

The light brown skin is smooth and covered in brown spots with a deep yellow to gold flesh which is firm, slippery and dense. When cooked they have a rich, earthy and buttery taste which makes them perfect for roasting but also great when frying, baking, steaming or boiling.
