Domaine des Moulines Cabernet Sauvignon is a 2018 vintage which is made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Packed full of aromas of black fruits, eucalyptus and cedar with elegant yet ripe tannins and a balanced acidity.
This unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with character which is from the organically grown grapes. All combined with a palette of the same dark fruits and a bit of lifted violet.
Coming from Languedoc, France with a 13.5% Vol. This wine can be enjoyed strait away or after some time in the bottle, within 7 years for the best experience. Perfect for pairing with rich red meats and game or alongside after dinner treats such as a decadent charcuterie or cheese boards.
The estate is in conversion to organic certification.
