Domaine Gérard Tremblay Chablis is a half bottle which is perfect for trying out new wines.
Created with 100% Chardonnay grapes and delicious to enjoy strait away but this has an aging potential of 4 – 7 years. A golden straw yellow colour with concentrated fruity aromas of exotic mango and pineapple, hints of flowers and citrus and finished with a touch of oriental spice.
The perfect partner to fresh seafood, rich and fatty meats and also mild, soft cheeses. However, this is just as tasty to enjoy by itself on a warm day, ideal to serve chilled or with a cube of ice.
This 2019 vintage has a dry finish with a hint of acidity and comes in at 12.5% Vol. The flavour is a wonderful combination of rich and mineral flavours of green apple, honeysuckle and vanilla followed by minerals and a little grass.
