These delicious Dried Mixed Forest Mushrooms are grown in Far East Asia, then carefully selected and packed in France. The mixture contains slippery jack, oyster, jelly ear & porcini, they are perfect chopped up and mixed with onion, breadcrumbs and hazelnuts, creating a unique flavour and aroma to all your meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
To rehydrate, soak the mushrooms in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain, rinse and dry the mushrooms and enjoy them in your favourite recipe.
