This Coronation Sauce with Garlic has alittle more oomph, it has a deliciously mild curry flavour with a hint of garlic, that creates the perfect coronation chicken and a great way to perk up your leftover chicken too.
Perfect wrapped up in a chapatti with some baby gem lettuce leaves. Slightly messy but very delicious or even accompanying chips as a dipping sauce or use as a paste for barbecuing meats or with new potatoes for a potato salad with a twist.
