This Fusilli Bucati Corti is made from 100% robust desert durum wheat and shaped using a bronze die gives Garofalo pasta its premium taste and texture. Bucati comes from the French word to ‘pierce’ and refers to the holes running through this fusilli shaped pasta. The hole allows water through the middle of the pasta, making it cook much quicker.
