This Gluten Free Penne Rigate is made with corn and rice flour and quinoa, all gluten free and is a smaller version of the much loved Penne Pasta. With Mezze translated in English to “half” and Rigate to “ridges”, it is half the size of a standard penne with ridges along the length of the pasta ensuring the best hold for your pasta sauce.
Best served with tomato sauce, Bolognese ragu sauce, salmon and Pesto alla Genovese.
