This Orecchiette is a classic Southern Italian style pasta shape its name comes from its peculiar shape which translates to ‘little ears’ in Italian. Made of just two ingredients water and the finest grade golden Italian durum wheat flour.
It is delicious served with vegetable or meat sauces or simply with a tomato sauce sprinkled with Pecorino.
