Garofalo Pappardelle is large flat ribbons of pasta curled up into nest.

This Pappardelle is made in Gragnano near Naples, the birth place of pasta in Italy and is a typical Tuscan dish, speciality arisen from the passion and ancient knowledge of pasta masters. Their porosity is the result of a delicate balance between premium ingredients and bronze drawing, allowing them to bind to sauces. These generously wide strips of pasta remain al dente and bring the taste and well-being of organic quality onto your plate, yet another reason to fall in love with Tuscany.
