Golfera Bresaola is a flavourful, thinly cut beef rump. Traditionally produced in Valtellina in Lombardy.

Made from rump beef, on of the most prized cuts and then flavoured with salt, pepper, cinnamon and cloves before being slowly cured. Light and tasty, this is the perfect cut for all seasons and goes well with many dishes as well as other charcuterie nibbles.

Recognisable by the even, bright red colour and thin slices.
