Hardys Bin 161 Shiraz is a wonderful deep burgundy colour with a delicious nose of blackcurrent and oak, some hints of cherry in the background.
At 13% Vol and with the Syrah/ Shiraz grapes gives this wine a very bold and smooth flavour with a little tannis at the end. Perfectly paired with juicy rump steak, Herb crusted chicken breast of succulent veal. Great for mid week meals or simply to enjoy on it’s own.
