Green Kale is a member of the cabbage family but much stronger in flavour than its sibling. It is also a bolder green in colour, but provides the same crisp texture and a major source of vitamin A. Our kale comes with the stalks still attached, which means it will keep its crunch for a lot longer.
The ideal compliment to salty pork. Serve with a chop or in a sausage stew.
