Lymn Bank Farm Traditional Applesmoked Cheddar Barrel is a smooth mature cheddar cheese which has been smoked in a traditional smokehouse using chippings from an apple tree. Infused with paprika, this cheddar cheese has a great flavour with is a little lighter than a traditional smoked cheese.
