125g Miller’s Damsel Charcoal Wafers are deliciously crisp with a distinctive flavour.
These thin, crisp Wafers boast an attractive hexagonal shape and are hand-baked in Derbyshire Peak District. Made from 100% unbleached stoneground wholemeal flour, milled in England. They lend themselves brilliantly to stronger cheeses but won’t overpower more delicate flavours.
Try adding a small quantity of Damson or quince jelly when serving the Wafers with cheese to enrich the flavour.
