Portobello Mushroom or Agaricus bisporus is a large edible fungus. These giant, juicy mushrooms are versatile in the kitchen and can be stuffed, baked, covered in cheese or tossed with noodles. They can also be sliced up and cooked but with the impressive size, these are typically left whole. Perfectly paired with blue cheese or cream cheese, spinach, garlic and tarragon.
