Norfolk White Lady CheeseĀ is a soft white cheese made with Ewe’s milk. Handmade using the milk of 60 white Friesland sheep who reside in the Black Fens of Wymondham.
This full fat cheese is vegetarian friendly and is similar to a brie in appearance. The flavour is slightly stronger with a tang as well as being creamy with a rich finish.
Best eaten at room temperature, take it out the fridge an hour before you enjoy.
