Odysea Aged Balsamic Vinegar is a good, all-round alternative to Odysea Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Produced in the Messinia region of Greece, the vinegar is matured for a minimum of 8 months with the final 4 months of the maturation process taking place in traditional oak barrels.
It’s perfect mixed with olive oil for dressings and marinades or for cooking with and its light consistency makes it a a good choice for dipping.
