Perelada Brut Rose Cava is a blend of 60% Trepat, 20% Monastrell, and 20% Pinot Noir grapes which gives this wine an enticing nose. With a combination of cherry blossom, strawberries and rhubarb this is the perfect summer time drink.
A complex, fruity and well balanced wine coming in at 11.5% Vol with a medium dry yet refreshing finish. Flushed pink in colour with a stream of fine bubbles which makes this ideal when served as an aperitif or alongside snacks and nibbles. This delicious bottle also pairs perfectly with great Spanish hams such as freshly sliced serrano.
