Peter’s Yard Caraway Sourdough Crispbreads are inspired by the love of Swedish baking.
Made using simple, natural ingredients including organic spelt flour, organic fresh milk, dried fig pieces and Peter’s Yard precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until golden and crisp, they are the perfect host for a strong, hard cheese like Cheddar.
