The 90g Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crispbread Rye and Charcoal are inspired by a love of Sweden, the home of crispbread.
Made in the UK using simple, natural ingredients including organic flour, organic fresh milk and Peter’s Yards precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Rolled until it is delicate and thin then baked for a dappled, crisp and slightly wobbly cracker. High in fibre. No artificial colours, flavour, preservatives or hydrogenated fat.
Savour the crunch with a soft goats cheese or as a striking canapé base.
