Pocklingtons Battenberg is a delightfully light sponge cake with different sections held together with jam. The cake is then covered in marzipan and when cut into it you can see the glorious cross section of the 2 x 2 cake in a pink and a golden yellow colour.

This is large in size and ideal for sharing with friend and family or for when you have guests over.

Suitable for Vegetarians.



Pocklingtons was established in 1924 and is based in the small village of Withern.  The family has lived since the mid 1800's. Furthermore, they maintain traditional baking methods and recipes and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
