Pocklingtons Coconut Tart is a large tart which is ideal for sharing. Made with a pastry base, deliciously fruity jam and finished off with a coconut filling.

This old fashioned treat is made from the best quality ingredients available with a wonderfully light taste which everyone is sure to enjoy. These are popular in Scotland and although they don’t look like anything amazing, the little well of jam in the middle brings the perfect surprise to each bite.

The perfect size for when you have guests over and sure to serve 4 people.

Pocklingtons was established in 1924 and is based in the small village of Withern.  The family has lived since the mid 1800's. Furthermore, they maintain traditional baking methods and recipes and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

At Gates Farm Shop we stock a selection of their cakes including the 6" round cakes, iced cupcakes as well as slab cakes. In addition we also carry a selection of sweet treats like tiffin, Viennese whirls and flapjacks. This is as well as their award winning Lincolnshire Plumbread.
