Pocklingtons was established in 1924 and is based in the small village of Withern. The family has lived since the mid 1800's. Furthermore, they maintain traditional baking methods and recipes and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
At Gates Farm Shop we stock a selection of their cakes including the 6" round cakes, iced cupcakes as well as slab cakes. In addition we also carry a selection of sweet treats like tiffin, Viennese whirls and flapjacks. This is as well as their award winning Lincolnshire Plumbread.
