Potts Boeuf Bourguignon Sauce is a renowned sauce from Burgundy with wine, celery, carrots, mushrooms and herbs. Slow cook using braising steak, or quickly prepare using good frying steak such as rump. Best served with new potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Made by the Potts Partnership, which began in late 2007 in the kitchen of the family’s Marlborough home and which now makes a comprehensive range of sauces, stocks, gravies and more. This Potts sauce is made in small batches and contains no artificial colours or flavourings and is an easy way to transform simple ingredients.
