Potts Piri Piri Marinating Bag with Roasted Garlic & Lemon is a convenient marinade in a re-sealable bag. Inspired by the traditional Portugese African sauce, blended with plenty of chilli with lemon juice and zest along with tasty roasted garlic.
This marinade is traditionally used for chicken, barbecued and served with rice, beans and an ice cold beer but is also perfect for pork or fish shredded and wrapped with a crisp salad in a seeded flat bread.
Place your choice of meat in the bag and seal with the handy zip fastening. Leave to marinade for a minimum 30 minutes, but ideally overnight. Then grill or BBQ until cooked through.
