This curry is created with a traditional Punjabi recipe which has been used in Indian homes for generations. Use this versatile base with a variety of different meat, fish or vegetables to create your own tailor made curry. You can alternatively use this as a dip or spice up your beans for the next jacket potato lunch.

Punjaban's was born in 2010 with Charanjit Sapal (aka Charlie) and her children Gurjeet and Ria. In addition, this started when Gurjeet gained an enormous demand for the delicious sauce from his friends. This is because he began selling it around campus for beer money. To this day, every jar is lovingly handmade with the same care and attention that Charlie put into making them for her son.
