Quicke’s Devonshire Red Clothbound Cheese is a wonderfully vibrant and full flavoured cheese. Similar to a Red Leicester with a crumbly texture, nutty flavours and a perfect creaminess.
This cheese is naturally matured for 6 months making it wonderful for a cheese board alongside some delicious antipasti. Alternatively try using with some fresh chives in delicious homemade scones or use in some loaded mash potato balls for a superb treat.
