Clive’s Wines Rhubling sparkling wine is naturally sparkling wine that has been traditionally made by re-fermenting in the bottle for three months.
At 12.5% Vol this grape free wine can be seriously enjoyed on any occasion. A less traditional alternative to Champagne, this effervescent wine has subtle coloring matched with a well balanced flavour. A delightful demi-sec in sweetness and not overly dry to the palette.

Clive's Wines are based in Burntwood, Staffordshire. They started off small creating them at home for family, friends and also to take to parties and BBQ's.
These proved to be popular and then in 2012 they gained their licence to be able to produce larger batches. From this point they started to sell the wines to local farm shops. Then in April 2016, the biggest step was made, to start producing the wines full time.
All Clive's Wines are made from real fruit and also not mixed with grape wine. They contain no sulphites, artificial colours or preservatives and only use British sugar. When possible, all the fruit used is locally sourced and the elderflowers are picked by them in the Burntwood and Lichfield area.
The wines are medium/ medium sweet, except the Gooseberry being a dry wine. These bottles are also Vegan and Vegetarian friendly so they're suitable for everyone!
