Rosary Goat with Ash is a creamy, moist and soft cheese. All combined with a light and fluffy texture, similar to a mousse and made from goat’s milk.
The cheese is lightly rolled in edible vegetable ash which is made up of purified burnt coconut shell. There is a faint acidity as well as a wonderfully creamy texture all entwined into a cheese you won’t be able to stop eating. Ideal generously slathered over freshly baked bread or as part of your next weekend cheeseboard.
Produced at The Rosary in Landford on the Hampshire and Wiltshire border where the small goat herd are hand milked.
