Thoughtful Forager Sparkling Mango Sour is a tart, tangy and sour beer with a fresh mango aroma. Coming in at 5% Vol with a delightful amber colour and balanced fruitiness.
Crafted by the Elgood Family on the banks of the Rive Nene in Wisbech. Named after ‘Coolship Mango’ after the open Coolships used to create the beer, which is matured for at least 12 months to develop it’s unique flavours.
Perfectly paired with smoky bacon, spicy Mexican inspired foods like fajitas and also alongside cheeseboards with mature cheddar.
