Although the full range of Farm Shop products is only available for local delivery or collection from the shop, we do have a range of Ambient Products (i.e. Not Fresh, Chilled or Frozen) that is available for Nationwide Delivery via a next working day courier service.
If a product is eligible for this service, it will be indicated next to the add to basket button on the product details page.
At this time delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Highlands & Islands.
Next Working Day courier delivery is priced at £6.95 and is free for orders totalling £50 or over.
The full range of Farm shop products is currently only available for collect in store or delivery to addresses close to the garden centre on our own transport. This will normally be indicated on the product details page.
The local delivery area for online orders currently covers the following post code areas: LE7 1, LE7 2, LE7 3, LE7 4, LE7 9, LE13, LE14 2, LE14 3, LE14 4, LE15, NG32 1, NG33 5, PE9
If you are unable to complete checkout and are shown a message advising that no delivery options are available, it is likely that you are outside of our local delivery area.
Free Delivery is available for orders of £50 and over. Orders below this amount are charged at a flat rate of £6.95 within our online delivery area.

Collect in Store
Orders can be collected from the farm shop using our contactless collection system.
Currently you can order for collection from any of the local delivery post codes mentioned above as well as the following postcodes: LE, NN, PE.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirming this.
Delivery of farm shop orders is often made on the same day as the order is placed, however, where this is not possible your order will generally be delivered within 24 hours.
Please let us know if delivery time is of the essence when ordering, so that we can make suitable arrangements.

If you wish to confirm a delivery time prior to ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If at any time, we find that your order will be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will of course let you know and give you the chance to cancel your order, receiving a full refund of any funds paid to us.
We cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods, however, we obtain tracking details and full insurance for all items in transit.
