Henri Nordoc Merlot 2018 is a deep ruby wine with a superb bouquet of chocolate, cassis and black cherry, giving it a wonderfully deep scent.
At 12.5% Vol and using 100% Merlot grapes gives this wine a sublime bold flavour with a smooth finish. Paired perfectly with rump steak, veal cuts or tomato based pasta dishes to balance out the flavour. Also beautiful to enjoy just by itself for the smooth palette and tannis.
