Bellenda San Fermo Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore consists of a fruity sparking wine. Coming in at 11.5% Vol with a pale straw yellow colour.
San Fermo is produced with natural fermentation of the Glera grapes, these are grown in the Conegliano hills. The name San Fermo is actually the name of the country church next to the grape vineyard.
The fine structure allows improvement over the two years following the 2018 vintage date.
With a light, luminous and also sparkling body this is ideal for pairing with fish dishes and aperitifs. The bouquet is delicate as well as fragrant with a tasty tang of crisp walnut husk. Combined with the fruity notes of golden delicious apples and peach acacia blossom.
