Turkey Flat Butchers Block Red is a wonderful deep ruby red colour with complex aromas of raspberry, cherry and sandalwood.
At 14% Vol this bottle is best served with red meats, like beef or veal, or tomato based pasta dishes. This wonderful bottle has a very bold flavour with a reasonable dry finish. With a blend of 54% Mourvedre, 24% Shiraz and 22% Grenache this wine has a marvelous well rounded flavour with not to much acidity. Why not serve with your next Friday night steak dinner or some luscious lamb chops.
