Château Lanessan Haut-Médoc 2012 is an irresistible deep ruby colour with a wonderful bouquet of blackberry, oak and a slight earthy smell to the nose. Balanced and well rounded with a smooth tannin.
At 13% Vol this is very pleasant on the palette with a bold flavour, yet still relatively mellow without any overt acidity. This elegant, rich wine is made with a combination of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. This is a wonderful bottle for a birthday or any kind of special occasion, or even drink yourself. Perfectly paired with appetizers and cheeses.
